Our Current Loan Terms

As of August 1st, 2024, our residential solar loan offer is for 30 years (366 months). The interest rate is 7.50% if the customer signs up for autopay, and 7.75% otherwise.

• The first 6 months are no payments (Construction Period), followed by 30 years of principal and interest.
• No prepayment penalty.
• Panels must be installed on a residential home in FL, TX, SC, NC, NY, NJ, AZ, NV, CO, AK, CT, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, NH, NM, OH, OR, RI, TN, VT, VA, AK, DE, ID, KS, MT, NE, OK, WV, WI, WY, ND, MN, CA and HI.
