If there needs to be a change in the amount financed for an installation contract between the customer and the installer, we will need a change order to process the loan modification.
- Installer: Send an updated contract to installersupport@climatefirstbank.com or upload it via the portal.
- We will need to get consent from the customer to increase the amount financed.
- Once consent is received, we will submit the increase request for approval.
Please note: The cost of a change order depends on if NTP has been issued:
- If NTP has been issued, we will need to submit a modification for approval. If approved, there is a $250 modification fee, and we will have to resend loan documents for the customer to execute.
- If NTP is pending, we can update the application and if approved, process the change order. There will be No modification fee in this case.
