How Can I Be Added to My Company’s Installer Portal?

There are times where a new person needs to be added to a company's authorized user list in order to allow them to use their installer portal. For example, if there is a new sales executive at your company and you'd like for them to be able to check on the status of a project, they would need to be added to your authorized list.

In order to add an authorized email address, one of the current authorized users needs to reach out to [e-mail] and let us know who should be added.

Please be aware that this will give the user access to all project status's with your company, and will not be broken down by salesperson or group.
